Wants, wishlists, inquiries, and carts

Customers interact with your website in more ways than buying: they ask about items, build want lists and wishlists, and leave things in carts. Each of these has a dedicated management page under Sales & Customers, and each also appears on the individual customer's page.

Inquiries

Manage Inquiries lists every "ask a question" submission with the item, the customer, and a live stock badge. Reply opens your email program with the subject pre-filled. Tabs split inquiries by whether the inquired item has since sold, which is a useful signal of what inquiries are worth.

Shopping carts

Shopping Carts shows in-progress carts, with tabs for Abandoned (untouched for a day or more) and Reminded. For carts with an email, Send Reminder emails the customer a nudge with their cart contents; the page tracks what was sent when. Anonymous carts (no email yet) are hidden by default behind a switch.

Want lists

Manage Wants holds customer want lists. The platform matches wants against your inventory as new items arrive and emails customers when something matches; you can also review matches, edit, deactivate, or add wants yourself (including from the customer's page).

Wishlists

Manage Wishlists shows what customers have wishlisted, with availability. On a customer's page you can add items to their wishlist for them, which is a nice touch after a phone conversation.

The bird's-eye view of all four lives in the Reports area: the Website Activity page shows inquiry conversion, abandoned-cart counts, wants with in-stock matches, and top wishlisted items, with View All lists and exports. See The Customers reports.
