View Sales (under Sales & Customers) is the ledger of every receipt and invoice the register has produced. Look up any sale, see its payments, reprint or email it, and process refunds.

Finding a sale
Tabs split receipts and invoices; the search box matches document numbers (SR-… and INV-…), customer names, and emails. Click a document number (or the eye icon) to open it.
The document view
The document window shows everything in one place: customer, dates and terms, the money summary (total, paid, balance), the item lines, the payment history, and notes. From its menu you can print, download the PDF, email it to the customer, edit an invoice's details, or cancel an invoice. For invoices with a balance, Record payment is right there, including the option to charge a card.
Refunds
Paid documents show a Refund button. Full refund reverses the payment (through your card gateway if it was an integrated card charge), removes the sale from your sales history, and restocks the inventory lines — custom lines (services, fees) never restock. Partial refund is money-only: the amount is refunded and logged, but the sale and stock stand. If later refunds reach the full amount, the document flips to refunded and restocks then. Refunds require Admin or the payments-access permission.
Website orders are not here: they live in Manage Orders. View Sales covers what the register produced — in-store receipts and invoices.
