The easiest way for us to help with your DNS and coordinate your go-live is delegated access to your domain registrar. This lets the Bibliopolis team make the changes we need without you ever sharing your account password. Find your registrar below.
Network Solutions
1) Log in to your Network Solutions account. Open the account menu in the top-right corner (usually your name) and click Accounts & Users.
2) Select the account with the domain you want us to manage and press Manage.
3) Scroll to User Roles & Permissions and press + Add User. Add the name Bibliopolis Tech Support and email support@bibliopolis.com, choose the Tech role, and press Invite. We'll get the email notification and take it from there.
GoDaddy
1) Sign in to GoDaddy and open Account Settings → Delegate Access (also reachable at godaddy.com/account/delegate-access).
2) Under People who can access my account, click Invite to Access.
3) Enter support@bibliopolis.com, grant access to your Domains (or "Products, Domains & Purchase"), and send the invite.
Squarespace
1) Sign in to Squarespace and open the Domains dashboard, then select the domain you want us to help with.
2) Open Permissions (domain sharing) and invite bibliopolisllc@gmail.com as a domain manager.
3) Send the invitation. We'll accept it and take care of the rest.
Registrar menus change from time to time, so the exact wording may differ slightly. If you can't find the sharing option, or your registrar isn't listed here, just email support@bibliopolis.com and we'll walk you through it.
