Does Bibliopolis offer email services?

Your website and your email are separate services, and you're free to use whichever email provider works best for you: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your own mail host, or others. Even when Bibliopolis hosts your DNS, we simply point your MX records to the provider you choose, so your mail keeps flowing wherever it needs to go.

Does Bibliopolis host email?

Historically, yes. We offered Rackspace Email accounts, and we continue to support existing (legacy) Rackspace accounts today. Over time we've stepped back from offering email hosting as a standard part of our service, but we still make exceptions depending on your situation.

So if hosted email is something you need, the best answer is: ask us. Reach out and we'll talk through what makes the most sense for your business, whether that's a provider you set up yourself or something we help arrange.

Using your own email provider? Great, that's the norm. Just send us your provider's MX (and any related) records, or grant us access to your DNS, and we'll get them pointed correctly. See Understanding DNS and how Bibliopolis manages it.

Not sure what's right for you? Email support@bibliopolis.com and we'll help you sort it out.
