As of April 22, 2026, each Rackspace email mailbox we maintain is billed at $5 per mailbox, per month.
For years, email hosting was included free with your Bibliopolis package. A price increase from Rackspace means we can no longer absorb that cost, so Rackspace mailboxes are now billed at $5 per mailbox, per month.

Not sure how many mailboxes or aliases you have? Email support@bibliopolis.com and we'll send you a report of your accounts, so you can consolidate or remove any you no longer use before billing.
Your options
You can keep Rackspace at the new rate, or migrate to another provider. Services commonly used by Bibliopolis clients include:
- Google Workspace: widely used and well supported, with Docs, Sheets, Drive, and other collaboration tools.
- Zoho Mail: business-class email with desktop and web apps.
- Microsoft 365: a full-featured platform built on Microsoft's Exchange ecosystem.
- Proton Mail: a privacy-focused provider emphasizing encryption and security.
