Settings › Account & Users › Roles & Permissions sets what each person on your account can reach. BookRouter comes with Staff and Cataloger roles, and you can add your own. A role can close a whole section or a single page, and on the pages it keeps open it can allow adding, editing, and deleting separately.

When one person needs something their role does not give them, open their user record and choose Override permissions. Bulk Edit is one of the extras you can grant this way, so a trusted cataloger can reprice or recategorize in bulk without being made an Admin.
