Customer Reports
Who your customers are, what they buy, and what they do before they buy.
Reports › Customers is a dashboard for the people behind the orders: new registrations over time, how many hold an account, how many have bought, where they are, and what they have spent.
Three views sit behind it:
- Customers Detail, a searchable and sortable list of every customer with lifetime spend and last purchase, exportable to CSV or Excel.
- Website Activity, covering inquiries, carts, want lists and wish lists, including how many inquiries turned into a sale.
- Email Reports, covering mailing list growth, new arrival subscribers by category, and addresses that have bounced or unsubscribed.
