Inquiries, Carts, Want Lists and Wish Lists
The things customers do short of buying now each have a page you can work from.
Four kinds of customer activity now have a page of their own under Orders & Payments:
- Inquiries: questions asked about a specific item, with the item shown next to the message.
- Shopping Carts: open and abandoned carts, including which have already been sent a reminder.
- Want Lists and Wish Lists: what customers are looking for, and which of those wants you now have in stock.
- New Arrival Sign Ups: who is subscribed to which category.
There is also a Customer Import tool for bringing customers and wants across from a spreadsheet or from a system you are leaving.
