Inventory Reports
What you hold, what it is worth, and what needs attention.
The Reports area opens with an inventory dashboard covering what you are holding right now: item and copy counts, retail value and cost basis, the split by category, catalog and status, how long items have been in stock, and a data quality panel that points out records missing a price, an image or a category.
Three related pages sit alongside it:
- Inventory Value compares value and cost year by year.
- Inventory Year-End takes a locked snapshot of a closed year, which is the number your accountant wants.
- Inventory Cleanup finds and normalizes inconsistent data.
Every page prints cleanly and exports to CSV or Excel. You will find them under Reports.
