Bulk Edit, With a Safety Net
Change a field across hundreds of items at once, and roll it back if it goes wrong.
Bulk Edit lets you change a field across many items at once instead of opening each record. Run a search in Manage Inventory, select the items you want, pick the field, and apply the change to the whole set.
Every bulk edit takes a restore point before it writes anything. If a change does not do what you expected, go to Data Tools › Backup & Restore and roll those records back to exactly how they were.
Bulk Edit is available to Admin accounts by default. Other staff accounts can be granted access from the user permissions panel.
