Switching on marketplace orders can bring years of long-shipped orders in marked New. On Sales & Customers › Marketplace Orders, the menu item Clear old New orders now starts with Check with the marketplaces: BookRouter asks AbeBooks, eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Antiqbook and Biblio what happened to each order, shows you the answer, and marks them Shipped or Cancelled when you say so. An order the marketplace no longer remembers that is more than 30 days old is marked Shipped. Nothing is sent back to the marketplace, and no buyer is emailed. A nightly check keeps recent AbeBooks, Biblio, Alibris and Antiqbook orders up to date from then on. More about order status.

On Website Orders, Clear old Open orders marks open orders older than a date you choose as Shipped, with no email, no tracking and no change to your stock, and the last run can be undone.
