Website › Content & Design › Files replaces the old file manager. Your pictures and documents (catalog PDFs included) sit in three folders: Images, Custom images and Documents. Uploads are checked as they arrive, and a name with odd characters is made safe for the web.

A file that a page, a banner, a slide or a category still uses cannot be deleted or renamed, and the page tells you exactly where it is used. Anything you do delete is kept for 30 days under Recently deleted, with an Undo straight after. Sort and filter by whether a file is in use to see what can go, and the page shows how much of your storage you are using.
