Stripe is now one of the payment gateways your website can use, beside Square, Braintree, and Authorize.net. Connect it under Settings › Selling Options › Payment Gateways with the keys from your Stripe Dashboard, and make it your active gateway when you are ready.

Shoppers pay by card, and with Apple Pay and Google Pay switched on they can also pay from their phone at checkout or straight from the cart page, where Stripe adds Link, its one-click saved payment, at no extra setup. You can offer Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay as well: the shopper pays in installments, and you are paid in full up front. Each method must also be turned on in your Stripe account.
