Shipments, from the menu on Website Orders or Marketplace Orders, lists each label you bought and each tracking number you entered, with its carrier and delivery status, which BookRouter checks for you through the day. A label that has not been used can be voided from the list, and you can now buy a label without an order, for a replacement or a return.

A label can ask for a signature on delivery, or an adult signature, priced with the rate before you buy. You can have a copy of every “your order has shipped” email sent to you. And if you ship from outside the United States, you can connect your own Royal Mail, Australia Post, or other carrier account under Settings › Shipping Options › Shipping Labels and buy labels on it.
