Payment Terms

One-time payments such as setup fees or hourly billing will be charged to the payment method used during checkout. Where recurring billing is a feature of the purchased service, your payment method will be saved to your account subject to the Recurring Payment Terms below.

Recurring Payment Terms

Most of the fees charged by Bibliopolis are recurring monthly payments. Recurring payments occur on a regular cycle as defined below.

• Monthly fees are dependent on active services during the billing cycle.
• Payment method used during checkout will be saved to your Bibliopolis account as your default recurring payment method.
• You will, however, have access to edit payment methods prior to any monthly service fees being charged.
• Monthly service fees begin on the 22nd of the month following purchase. Monthly fees are always made in advance and apply toward the following month's services.
