Why are we doing this now?

We understand that any price increase can be challenging, and we’ve worked hard to maintain stable rates despite rising operational costs. Our last adjustment was five years ago, before the pandemic, and since then, we’ve continually invested in upgrades and innovations to help your business stay competitive. Some of our latest improvements include:

• State-of-the-art infrastructure: A new Content Delivery Network (CDN) with Web Application Firewall (WAF), enhancing website speed, security, and real-time image updates across platforms.

Recent Infrastructure Upgrades: Edge Caching & WAF

Over the past six months, we’ve partnered with Fastly to implement a robust Content Delivery Network (CDN) with a Web Application Firewall (WAF). This system:

• Caches images in multiple sizes for faster delivery.
• Provides real-time image updates, accessible on-demand by marketplaces.
• Reduces server load by moving image delivery to a URL-based system, compatible with Amazon, eBay, and other FTP-based platforms.
• Filters unwanted traffic with WAF, enhancing security and performance.

New BookRouter™ Feature: Automatic Sold Item Removal

BookRouter™ now pulls data from major marketplaces to identify sold items and automatically removes them from all other connected platforms.  This feature is designed to streamline inventory management and reduce the time spent manually managing listings, helping you:
