If you are experiencing problems with your Website, e-mail or Bookhound software, please send an email to support@bibliopolis.com and we will respond within 24 hours, or you can call our office M-F between the hours of 10am and 4pm Pacific Time. You can also view the Bookhound Manual which was installed along with the software. Alternatively, you can download the Bookhound Manual Online.

The Bibliopolis Emergency Support Pager is for current website customers only. We do not currently offer 24/7 Emergency support for Bookhound users. If you are a website customer please use the following guidelines before sending an emergency page.

The pager can be used when:

1. You are unable to access your website
2. You are unable to access your email
3. You are having issues with order decryption of an order that is time sensitive.

If you are unable to access your website or email, please verify that you are able to access other websites, such as Yahoo or Google. If you are not able to access other websites, then you most likely have a problem with your Internet connection and should contact you local Internet Service Provider.
