This book combines two volumes in the "Vere Foster Water-Colour Series" and is probably the publishers binding. Hanbury's Flower Painting has 12 chromolithographs, and Loftie's Lessons in the Art of Illuminating has 9 chromolithographs. All these are tipped-in color plates.
