The Bibliopolis Emergency Support Pager

If you are a website customer please use the following guidelines before sending an emergency page.

The pager can be used when:

• You are unable to access your website
• You are unable to access your email
• You are having issues with order decryption of an order that is time sensitive.
• Any other time sensitive issue that requires our assistance.

If you are unable to access your website or email, please verify that you are able to access other websites, such as Yahoo or Google. If you are not able to access other websites, then you most likely have a problem with your Internet connection and should contact you local Internet Service Provider.
